Programs

Our Karate Tykes Program is for ages 4 to 6 years old.  This is no day care program.  We believe in starting kids on the right path at an early age.  We instill discipline while still making the classes fun and exciting for these young martial artists.

For Kids Ages 7 to 12 years old, our focus is teaching them to build confidence and respect in a fun atmosphere that will keep them wanting to come back for more. Getting exercise while at the same time learning to defend themselves are just a couple of the benefits of this program.

Our Teens and Adults program helps people to get in shape and build friendships with great teammates.  In addition to individual training, We promote many group oriented drills to help students get to know each other and to learn to work effectively with others not only in martial arts, but in day to day activities as well.








Grappling class is included with our memberships, and teach the students to better defend themselves.  Over 90% of fight and attack situations go to the ground.  This class is designed to give students a better chance of keeping themselves safe if this happens.  It’s also a fundamental skill for those who are looking to train in MMA.

Fitness Kickboxing is a kick your butt exercise class that will let you punch and kick away the pounds.  We focus on not only motivating you to work hard, but also to teach you good technique while you do.  This is no Tae Bo class... Be ready to hit the pads and the bags.  This is also a great way to work out some aggression after a long and sometimes frustrating day at work.

MMA success has grown since the origin of the Ultimate Fighter and the UFC.  More and more people, both men and women are looking to get into this style of training. Learning to combine aspects of grappling, kickboxing, and takedowns is a great way to develop confidence and get a great workout.  Sparring is not required, but is available for those who wish to do so.
